Thalia Theatre Adult Company Members at the RoaR Gallery performance as part of the Norwich Fringe Festival, 1st October 2005.

Thalia performers visited Barrington Farm and met with the artists during July 2005. The company performed their most recent piece of theatre entitled 'See, Hear, Speak' and then looked at the art on display in the barn. Photographs were taken of our visit and a painting chosen from a selection of six. Thalia members chose the painting by Leofric Baron and immediately began to examine the work in detail for sources of inspiration. The vivid colours and imagery in the painting set the company's creative juices flowing and during August and September they began to devise a performance piece.
